New Video Book Trailers uploaded
We have two new Video Book Trailers uploaded for Dangerous Games if you would be interested in viewing them. You can find those HERE I hope you enjoy them. And be sure to check back after the 20th for another clip.
A lot of fun was had in making the trailers, and I want to take Jason Santiago and Cara Cardinal, (Clint and Morganna) for all their wonderful work. They did some great work in these.
And be sure to stop by the FORUM and let me know what you think of them.

Update, January 12, 2007
I'm doing better. I only missed a day or so. :)
Things are going fast her. The new office is just about organized and things are getting much easier to find with the layout we have set up here. I finally have shelves for my research books and I can most always see the top of my desk. That's unusual for me. lol
I've hit the half way point on the rewrite for Hidden Agendas. 48,000 words, which equals about 248 pages in a week. That's not a bad amount of work. I'm anticipating having this finished by Monday or Tuesday of next week. At least, thats the deadline.
What made this book unique to me, was the hero. It took an incredibly amount of time to get a handle on him. He's one of those patient alphas. The ones that watch the world with a bit of amusement and lazy humor and then manipulates events to suit him rather than forcing them to.
He's intuitive and knows what he wants and he doesn't normally deny himself what he knows should be his. He does have a few alpha hang ups though, enough to make a woman grit her teeth and want to bash him upside the head for being so damned stubborn. But on the whole, I think I'm in love with him. LOL
As soon as I finish, I intend to celebrate a bit. I thought I might share an excerpt of Dangerous Games here, and tease you a little bit. So be watching for that next week. I'm very excited about the release of Dangerous Games and the novella For Maggies Sake in the Real Men Do It Better anthology. Those release February 5, 2007, and I hope you enjoy both books.
Dangerous Games was kind of unique for me. It flowed wonderfully, but Clint was just a different sort of hero, just as Kell has been.
As for working today, I'll be this evening getting back into things. I need to run to Wal Mart and pick up some essentials and I have to stop by the computer store. If I miss a day or so here, please don't hold it against me, Hidden Agendas is driving me hard and not leaving a lot of spare time in between.
Until next time, happy reading and please, come visit us on the FORUM The Ladies there love to meet new people and to chat and have fun. And its the only place on the net that I really find time to pop in and say hello.

TANNER'S SCHEME
Isn't he GORGEOUS!!!!!
I knew Tanner was my current favorite for a reason. LOL
I just got this in email today and I had to share it.
Tanner's Scheme is completed and turned into Berkley with an August 2007 release date. I know a lot of you have been eagerly awaiting his story, and I hope you enjoy it when it releases. An excerpt will be coming later in the year, but for now, I had to share the cover.

I have a very important question to ask of you.
I was going to post this last night, but I had company. My mother, daughter brother and sister in law, so the house was pretty full and I didn't get a chance to come in and post. I was exhausted by time I got my bath and headed to bed. I think I passed out when my head hit the pillow. LOL
But, as to my question. I want to invite you to head over to my FORUM and answer the post titled A Question. For the time being comments aren't turned on here because with my schedule, I have a very hard time answering posts in a timely manner. I'm still more than a month behind answering email, but I promise, I am making headway on it.
But please, pop over to the forum and answer the question if you have time. I'm really interested in the replies as several conversations I've had with friends in the last few days has caused me to wonder about certain things. So I'm asking for your opinions now too.
I look forward to seeing your answers.

Hidden Agenda's
I'm back to work on Hidden Agenda's the third book in the SEAL's series.
This is Kell Krieger's book, you meet him in Dangerous Games. The editor asked for some fairly heavy revisions, so I decided to just rewrite, since the changes she wanted called for a massive plot change.
I'm on a 10,000 word a night deadline. That's about 50 to 60 pages. I managed 100 last night, but its been slower today. Of course, I had to do the post office, etc today and we're still do major cleanup from switching the offices around. So hopefully before I head to bed, I'll at least get close.
The editor previewed the first 10,000 this morning and gave a resounding YES in terms of how well she liked it. So I'm heading on with it.
Keep me in your prayers. With this schedule, I'm going to need them. LOL
And don't forget, Dangerous Games releases February 5, 2006. I'll have an excerpt up soon for it as well, so be sure to keep checking back.

Dyson DC15 Animal
Now, this one, I had to recommend. If you haven't seen the commercial for the Dyson Animal, then you don't know what a fabulous sweeper this is.
We have three birds, an umbrella cockatoo, and two mccalls. Talk about some dust floating in the house, the umbrella has a fine white powder on his feathers that seems to settle everywhere. And on top of that, I have a Pomeranian that likes to shed. We used to dust here daily. Honestly, I don't have to dust once a week.
I wasn't certain at first if this sweeper would be worth the cost, but after three months, I'm in love with it. So, its going on my recommendation list. I couldn't help it. By here Dyson DC15 Animal from Amazon. It's shipped by UPS and its incredibly easy to put together.

Have you read After Dusk?
It's one of the few books I've found a chance to read here lately and I really enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy it too.
Emily Rothmeier loves a good mystery. One involving a sexy man is even better. But when sex crimes against “older” women start terrorizing the college campus, turning private investigator might be biting off more than she can chew.
After one of her evening classes, Emily witnesses something she doesn’t understand. A cry in the dark. A mysterious figure racing from the scene. The front page of the paper announcing a murder. Things don’t add up. Distracted by the watchful gaze of a man who seems to be wherever she is, she isn’t sure who to trust.
Private investigator, Rafe Healy, is hot on the trail. Leads are falling into place. He’s going to get his man. But when Emily, who fits the killer’s target group in more ways than one, tries playing mystery solver, he knows she’s thrown herself into the line of fire. Not to mention, her gutsy and determined attitude is getting to him as badly as her tempting body is.
Keeping Emily safe and in line, fighting to stay one step ahead of a serial killer, and keep his wits about him, will prove to be the biggest challenge of Rafe’s life.
You can find more information and an excerpt at www.lorieoclare.com
You can buy After Dusk at www.amazon.com or www.ellorascave.com

Wicked Ties
LOOKING FOR A GOOD BOOK
WICKED TIES BY SHAYLA BLACK
She didn’t know what she wanted until he made her beg for it…
Morgan O’Malley has seen a lot of kinky things as the hostess of a cable sex talk show. But she’s never met a man like Jack Cole before. A self-proclaimed dominant, he’s as alpha as a male can get–and good for Morgan to have around when an obsessed stalker ratchets up his attempts to get to her.
Though Jack is a bodyguard, Morgan feels anything but safe in his presence. Because slowly and seductively, Jack is bringing her deepest fantasies to the surface. And when he bends her to his will, what’s more shocking than her surrender is how much she enjoys it–and starts to crave his masterful touch. A willing player in Jack’s games, Morgan knows that his motives aren’t pure, but she has no idea how personal they are…
Oh you are in for a good one with Wicked Ties.
Did I find a desk? No.
Have you ever gone looking for a desk on New Years weekend?
Don't. Major mistake. But, I did get my office all moved, all my books unpacked and new office nicely organized and looking pretty. I'm very happy.
And I accomplished the revisions of Forbidden Pleasure, the eight Bound Hearts books, the first though from St. Martins. Forbidden Pleasures releases in May and is currently on pre-order at Amazon.com.
I've taken this one from a bit of a different stand point. It's full length rather than a novella, so I added the suspense of my F.B.I. hero and a case that has followed him from Virginia to North Carolina where he moved with his new wife three years before because of the temptation the Club represented to his new marriage. His wife had no idea how enmeshed he was in the menage lifestyle of the club and he feared risking the life he wanted with her.
John 'Mac' McCoy and his wife Keiley have settled nicely into marriage, but there's a frustration, a shadow on their marriage that is never spoken of, until now. When Keiley begins to wonder if her husband is missing what he had before their marriage.
Forbidden Pleasure is the first of three Bound Hearts contracted for St. Martins. I hope you enjoy it.
And now, my next project is revisions on the next Navy SEAL suspense novel, also for St. Martins. I begin that tomorrow. The revisions are pretty extensive and I have two weeks to complete them. Wish me luck. I'm going to need it to keep this schedule.
And be watching. SOON. SOON. February 6, 2006 the release of DANGEROUS GAMES from St. Martins, the first full length Navy SEAL novel. I'm really excited about the release of this book. Clint is one of the hardest heroes in some ways, that I've written.
Releasing with it is the novella For Maggies Sake in the anthology REAL MEN DO IT BETTER. For Maggies Sake is the third installment in the SEALs book, taken from a minor character from DANGEROUS GAMES. Joe Merino. I hope you enjoy them.
And now, back to the computer and the voices in my head. Let's hope they talk loud enough to finish these revisions on time. LOL
